OK, so the only remaining wrinkle is the lack of a password reset email in my email inbox. I have confirmed that my @dreamwidth.org address still forwards by sending a test email to it. Can you check whether the Dreamwidth Postfix blocked the wiki email? It was sent on Oct 1 between about 9:50pm and 10:10pm UTC.
