Upgrade to 1.16!

Hello, folks! I have upgraded the wiki to version 1.16 of Mediawiki. Let me know if you run into any weirdness.

I also feel like I should note that I have modified an extension for the browser editor jEdit to let people edit the Dreamwidth wiki using it. Is anybody interested in me distributing this? Let me know!

When I try to login using my LJ OpenID, I wind up on this page:

I've made sure that I'm logged into LJ beforehand, but it just doesn't work. :(

Not sure this the proper entry to comment on but I didn't whom I should contact:

I'm routinely logged out of the Wiki despite always selecting the 'Remember Me' option and never deleting cookies from http://wiki.dwscoalition.org. Is there any way I could fix this?
